Since Neodymium is one of the most plentiful rare earth elements and Iron is inexpensive, the magnets offer the best value in cost and performance.
NdFeB magnets are applied in different fields widely, which covers electrical/audio devices (microphones, speakers and sensors), micro-motor (VCM motor, step motor, brush/brush-less wheel motor, single-phase/3-phase sync motor, etc.), MRI, magnetic plate, home appliances and so on. In GMAG, the top grades of the series are respectively N52, 48M, 48H, 42SH, 40UH, and 35EH. The company¡¯s processing capacity of NdFeB permanent-magnetic materials is 2,000 tons/year. We can produce various shapes of magnet: block, ring, disc, tile and others according to clients¡¯ demand. The processing methods include cutting, slicing, drilling and bore trepanning, etc. The coating of the materials includes Zn, Ni, Ni-cu-Ni, Cu-Ni, Ni-Ni, Sn, Epoxy (electrophoresis) and other particular coatings.
